Matt Taylor

Matt Taylor is the Managing Director of Transaction Tax Advisory at Ernst & Young, a position they have held since 2020. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager in Transaction Tax at EY from 2014 to 2020 and held roles at KPMG and Arthur Andersen, LLP earlier in their career. Matt obtained a Master of Accountancy in Auditing and a BS in Accounting from the University of Alabama, as well as a Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida.
