Matt Utermark

Matt Utermark is a seasoned consultant with over 15 years of experience in risk management and independence. They began their career at Waste Management, Inc. as a Data Retention Project Coordinator and later served as a Graduate Assistant at Seton Hall University. Subsequently, they held various roles at EY, including Tax Senior and International Tax Manager, before becoming a Senior Manager focusing on Global & Americas Risk Management and Independence related to Alliance and Ecosystem relationships. Matt earned a B.S. in Accounting and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University.
