Matthew Bacon

Matthew Bacon is currently a Director of International Tax - Transfer Pricing at EY, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this role, they worked as an International Tax Specialist at HM Revenue & Customs from 2016 to 2018. Matthew completed a PhD in Biomedical and Biochemistry at the University of Edinburgh, where they also served as an undergraduate tutor from 2008 to 2012. They obtained a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Biological Chemistry from the University of Nottingham in 2008 and earned an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation in 2017.
