Matthew DeBruin

Matthew DeBruin is a Partner in the Transaction Tax Advisory practice at EY, based in Chicago. They have held various positions at EY since 2013, including Tax Manager in the Energy Center and Transaction Tax Manager, focusing on buy and sell side transactions and providing tax advice to major clients. Matthew is also recognized as a "Top Tier Tax Instructor" and has contributed to the morale of the EY firm as co-chair of the Southwest Region people committee. They earned both a BBA in Accounting & Finance and an MAc in Accounting from Texas Christian University.
