Matthew Fleckney

Matthew Fleckney is currently a Governor and Member of the Finance Committee at Haberdashers' Academies Trust South. They have extensive experience in the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) Advisory practice at EY, where they concluded roles as Director, Senior Manager, and Manager, among others, overseeing teams and advising clients throughout the transaction life cycle. Matthew holds a Chartered Accountant (ACA) designation from ICAEW and earned a First Class BSc (Hons) in Politics and International Relations from the University of Bath.
