Matthew Kahn

Matthew Kahn is an Assurance Managing Director at EY, where they have dedicated their career to providing assurance services to SEC registrants and private companies, including pre-IPO entities. They focus on entrepreneurial companies leveraging technology in the direct-to-consumer and agriculture sectors. Matthew has extensive experience managing audits for both global and domestic firms, facilitating transitions from private to public reporting, and advising on Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from California State University-Hayward. Prior to their current role, Matthew served in various capacities at EY and began their career as an Audit Associate at OUM & Co. LLP.
