Matthew Lay

Matthew Lay is a BCom/BSc student at The University of Auckland, majoring in Finance, Business Analytics, and Psychology. Currently working as a Rewards Consultant at EY, they previously interned in marketing at A&A Accounting, where they successfully enhanced the firm's social media presence. Matthew has also taken on roles as a Teaching Assistant and model while actively participating in leadership opportunities such as treasurer of AUCSA and a member of the UACC Committee. With a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, Matthew aims to leverage their skills to foster innovation and drive positive change in the business landscape.
