Matthew McCormack

Matthew McCormack is a partner in International Tax & Transaction Services at EY, where they assist clients in navigating tax challenges throughout the transaction lifecycle. Matthew's extensive experience includes roles as a Director in M&A Tax at Deloitte and Senior Tax Underwriter at AIG. Previously, Matthew held various positions in Transaction Tax at Ernst & Young, including Senior Consultant and Manager. Matthew earned a Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne and is a Chartered Accountant, having completed their training at the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.
