Matthew Riepert

Matthew Riepert is a professional in Climate Change and Sustainability Services, having held various roles including Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant at EY from 2022 to present. They previously worked as a Junior Sustainability Specialist at Smith + Andersen in 2018, and held positions as Hub Development Coordinator at Green Economy Canada, Environment and Sustainability Intern at Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services, and Waste Reduction Student at the City of Barrie, all in 2016 and 2019. Matthew’s experience also includes serving as Program Coordinator at Sustainable Waterloo Region and as a Sustainability Intern at University Health Network. They earned a Bachelor's of Environmental Studies with Honours in Environment and Business, along with a Minor in Geography and Environmental Management from the University of Waterloo, graduating in 2019.
