Mauricio A.

Mauricio A. majored in Political Science and Public Administration at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and holds an M.A. in Human Rights from the same institution, along with a specialty diploma in Immigration Studies. Throughout their career, Mauricio has worked to promote human rights, focusing on issues affecting LGTBQ and indigenous populations, as well as advocating for gender equality and reproductive rights. They have held various roles in local and federal government agencies in Mexico, including positions at the Health Ministry and the National Commission to Prevent and Eradicate Violence Against Women. Currently, Mauricio serves as the Manager for Diversity and Inclusiveness at EY’s North Lat/Am branch, where they implement policies to create an inclusive corporate environment. Additionally, Mauricio is the President of the Advisory Board at GENDES A.C.
