Max Bolton

Max Bolton, CPA, is a Manager in Transactions and Corporate Finance at EY-Parthenon, where they have been since 2025. They previously worked at KPMG Canada as a Senior Accountant in Corporate Audit from 2022 to 2023, sharpening their accounting skills in audit, tax, and advisory practices. Max also contributed to the field of valuation and modeling at EY in 2024 after a successful academic career, obtaining a Master of Accounting from Carleton University and a Bachelor's Degree with Distinction from the University of Victoria. Bilingual in French, Max has demonstrated strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills throughout their professional journey.
