Max Davis has extensive experience in strategy and transactions, having held various roles at EY from September 2021 to December 2023, including Senior Associate and Manager, and is currently serving as Director at EY-Parthenon. Max contributed to entrepreneurship education as a Co-Instructor for a workshop at Hawken School in 2015 and held the position of Managing Director at Redhawk Ventures from 2016 to 2019. Additional internship experiences include roles at The Walt Disney Company as an Innovation Analyst Intern, H Venture Partners, Mercury Fund, and Cintrifuse. Max earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Business Analytics from Miami University, complemented by study abroad experience in Havana, Cuba.
