Mayank Rastogi is a partner in M&A and Markets leader for Strategy & Transactions at EY, based in Mumbai, with over 20 years of experience in M&A and private equity, particularly within the Consumer and Industrials sectors. Mayank has expertise in M&A advisory, fund raising, due diligence, and deal structuring, and has worked on numerous domestic and cross-border deals. Having held various leadership roles within EY, including leading the firm’s Private Equity services, Mayank has contributed to significant projects involving overseas listings, particularly with the London Stock Exchange. Mayank's career also includes positions at Maruti Udyog Limited and extensive work across multiple cities in India and the UK. Mayank is a Chartered Accountant, having earned this credential from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
