Meagan Chang

Meagan Chang is currently the Associate Director at EY, where they have previously held positions including Pacific South Talent Enablement Leader and Campus Recruiter. Prior to joining EY, Meagan served as the Assistant Director of Admissions at the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business from 2015 to 2018, focusing on recruitment for various Master of Science programs. Earlier, in 2014-2015, they worked as a Talent Representative at Kforce Inc., where they engaged with clients and candidates to facilitate recruitment processes. Meagan is pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, building on their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston.
