Meg Hafer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as a Director and Chief of Staff at EY since October 2011, Meg has held various roles including Onboarding and Transitions Consultant, Development Consultant, and Assistant Director of Human Resources. Prior to EY, Meg worked as an HR Manager at Deloitte & Touche from 2003 to 2009 and gained operational experience at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1997 to 2002. Meg holds a BS in Marketing and English from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and has furthered education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
