Mel Guarino

Mel Guarino is a Senior Manager at EY, specializing in Assurance within the consumer products, retail, and technology industries. They began their tenure with EY in October 2018 and have engaged with large public clients, first-year audits, and SOX 404 implementations, demonstrating expertise in IPOs. Mel received a Master’s degree in Accounting with magna cum laude honors in December 2017 from Binghamton University, where they also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems in December 2016. As of September 2025, Mel is rotating in Professional Practice National Accounting as the Technology Industry resident. They are also a licensed CPA in New York.
