Melanie Bhatt served as a Recruiter at Accenture from 2005 to 2006 before taking on the role of Talent Manager in Human Resources at Deloitte from 2006 to 2014. During this time, Melanie acted as a strategic business advisor focused on talent strategies, performance management, and employee engagement. Melanie also led a special project to develop a National Sourcing strategy for Deloitte Canada. In 2017, Melanie held dual roles as Associate Director, Advisory Acquisitions and Associate Director, Advisory for Canada's People Team at EY. Currently, Melanie is pursuing a BA in Political Science at Western University.
