Melissa Borts, MBA, has extensive experience in consulting and communications. They served as a Health Education and Communications Associate at AARP from 2013 to 2014 and held various roles at Deloitte from 2019 to 2021, culminating in the position of Senior Consultant. Afterward, Melissa worked as a Senior Consultant and then as a Manager and Senior Manager at EY until 2022. Additionally, Melissa contributed to the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business as a Graduate Assistant and also worked with the Computing Research Association as a Program Associate from 2015 to 2017.
