Melissa Tan

Melissa Tan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global operations and compliance in the Asia Pacific region. They began their career as an Associate Consultant at PwC before transitioning to a Taxation Accountant role at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Melissa later served as Accounting Manager at Mead Johnson Nutrition, and progressed at EY, where they held various leadership positions including Director and eventually Partner in Global Compliance & Reporting. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy from RMIT University and a Master of Business Systems from Monash University.
