Melita Ryan

Melita Ryan has a diverse background in occupational therapy and business management, with significant experience in hand therapy and case management. Melita served as Hand Unit Manager at the Hand and Upper Limb Centre from November 2014 to April 2017 and at the London Hand and Wrist Unit from November 2011 to July 2014. Transitioning into roles in corporate settings, Melita worked as a Case Manager at QBE Insurance and held positions including Senior Consultant and Manager at PwC Australia and EY, respectively. Currently, Melita is the Director at TheraCPD, focusing on professional development for Allied Health Clinicians since December 2018. Melita's educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Curtin University of Technology and ongoing Master of Business Administration studies at The University of Western Australia, which echo a commitment to both clinical excellence and leadership. Additionally, Melita contributed to the British Association of Hand Therapists as Vice Treasurer from 2012 to 2014.
