Mette Bugge

Mette Bugge is a former business director at Aalborg Municipality, where they focused on strategic initiatives to benefit local businesses and executed the Business Strategy 2023-26. With extensive experience in organizational development and leadership through their consultancy, MBM Group, Mette has contributed to various boards and advisory roles, supporting entrepreneurship and cultural events.
