Mette Storm

Mette Storm is the Europe Central COO and a Partner at EY, where they focus on transformative leadership and innovation to build a better working world. Previously, Mette held various roles at HSH Nordbank, including Head of Project & Board Support, and worked as a Process Consultant at KPMG Denmark. Mette's extensive education includes degrees from Copenhagen Business School and Wharton Business School, where they studied topics such as organizational change and strategic execution. They continue to enhance their leadership skills through ongoing education at IMD.
