Michael Beaulieu

Michael Beaulieu is a Managing Director at Ernst & Young in the Government and Public Sector Practice, where they lead accounts for various U.S. government agencies and serve as the GPS Quality and Risk Management Leader. Previously, Michael was an Advisor to the Secretary General at the Organization of American States from 2000 to 2006 and held a Senior Associate position at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2006 to 2011. Michael's academic credentials include a DPhil and PhD in Politics from the University of Oxford, an MA in Latin American Studies from the Institute of Latin American Studies at the University of London, and a BA in International Relations from William & Mary.
