Michael Busker

Michael Busker, CFA, is a Principal in EY-Parthenon’s Corporate Finance practice, where they have focused on corporate finance matters for over 20 years. Michael’s expertise includes transaction support and long-term value creation, contributing to more than 300 projects across various industries such as Technology, Telecommunications, and Consumer Products. They previously held roles at LifeCast, Compass Bank, and Stonegate Securities, and earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the SMU Cox School of Business, along with a BBA and BA from Southern Methodist University.
