Michael Costello

Michael Costello is a Chartered Business Psychologist and BPS Associate Fellow, currently serving as a Portfolio Delivery Manager at EY People Advisory Services, where they focus on leadership and organisational development. With extensive experience as the Director of Workplace Evolution, Michael has worked with a diverse range of global clients including EY, KPMG, and the British Civil Service. They previously lectured on leadership and management at Coventry University and have presented on various workplace challenges, including hybrid working. Michael holds multiple qualifications, including a distinction from the Chinese Language Programme at South China University of Technology, and has contributed to prestigious publications such as the Guardian and HR Magazine.
