Michael Damsgaard

Michael Damsgaard is the Regional Program Director for EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Funen and Associate Director at EY, where they assist organizations in realizing their business potential and fostering continuous growth. With experience conducting over 250 interviews with entrepreneurs, Michael has developed insights into the factors that contribute to success and failure in business. They co-founded EY Board Consulting in 2020, aimed at helping SMEs professionalize their operations and align business objectives with suitable Board Members. Prior to joining EY, Michael held various managerial positions in the staffing industry, overseeing significant P&L responsibilities and driving process optimizations for major clients. Michael earned a degree in Business Administration and Management from Syddansk Universitet.
