Michael Doolan

Michael Doolan is a Senior Advisor in Infrastructure at EY, where they help investors assess and structure investments in infrastructure assets while also leading tax services for the sector. Previously, they served as a Senior Managing Director at Macquarie Group, overseeing tax, structuring, and management of legal, risk, and compliance for infrastructure in the US. Before that, Michael was a Partner at KPMG, specializing in international and M&A tax in Sydney and San Francisco. They hold a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in Business Law, a Master of Laws in Tax and Public Company Finance, and a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from the University of Sydney, as well as completing the Senior Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
