Michael Gallacher

Michael Gallacher is a Partner and Principal, currently serving as the Americas VAT Compliance Leader at EY, where they have been since 2023. They previously held the role of Senior Manager within the Global VAT Compliance offering for US-based multinationals, and spent seven years as an Indirect Tax Manager in the UK firm. With over 15 years of experience in developing compliance services for multinational organizations, Michael is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Association of Tax Technicians in the UK. Michael earned an LLB in Law from De Montfort University from 2001 to 2004.
