Michael Hanson

Michael Hanson, CPA, is a Senior Manager in Financial Accounting Advisory Services at EY, having transitioned from a Manager role in 2023. They began their career as an Internal Audit Assistant while earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Criminology from the University of Northern Iowa, which they completed in 2016. Previously, Michael gained experience at PwC, where they served as an Associate, Senior Associate, and Manager in Financial Services from 2016 to 2018, and worked briefly as an Audit/Tax Intern at TD&T CPAs and Advisors, P.C. in 2014.
