Michael Jenkins

Michael Jenkins is a Partner at Ernst & Young, where they have focused on transfer pricing advisory and controversy since 2018. With extensive experience in international tax dating back to the 1990s, Michael held various significant roles at the Australian Taxation Office, including Assistant Commissioner and leadership positions in the APA/MAP unit and economist practice. Notably, Michael was the main Australian delegate to the OECD's working party on transfer pricing matters from 2010 to 2018. They have contributed to the field through presentations and publications, as well as training sessions internationally on behalf of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. Michael is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at La Trobe University while holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from the University of Melbourne.
