Michael Messerli

Michael Messerli is an experienced professional in transaction advisory services, having held prominent positions at several leading firms. From July 2004 to June 2009, Michael served as Senior Manager Transaction Services at Ernst & Young. Subsequently, Michael worked as Project Manager M&A at Swiss Post from July 2009 to October 2011, followed by a return to Ernst & Young as Senior Manager Transaction Services from November 2011 to July 2013. Michael rejoined EY in July 2017, currently functioning as Partner and Executive Director Transaction Advisory Services. Michael holds a Diplomierter Wirtschaftsprüfer from Schweizerische Treuhandkammer, a lic.rer. pol degree in Betriebswirtschaft from Universität Bern, and is a Certified IFRS Accountant from Controller Akademie.
