Michael Nadler

Michael Nadler, CPA, CMA, JD, LLM (Taxation), is a tax and accounting specialist with extensive experience in corporate and international business matters. They began their career as a staff auditor at Touche Ross & Co. and advanced through various roles, including internal auditor at DuPont and tax consultant at Coopers & Lybrand. Currently, Michael serves as a senior tax advisor at Enclara Pharmacia, managing all aspects of U.S. federal, state, and local tax matters. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware, a Doctor of Law from Pace University School of Law, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
