Michael Perez

Michael Perez is a Principal at EY with expertise in supply chain planning, Subpart F, GILTI, BEAT, M&A, and tax reform modeling, having served in this role since July 2011 after progressing from Senior Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Tax Attorney at Cardinal Health from June 2008 to July 2011, where responsibilities encompassed managing information requests and drafting responses related to foreign tax credits and mergers and acquisitions, as well as authoring responses to IRS adjustments. Earlier in his career, Michael worked as a Political Aide for Commissioner William Kerdyk from 2002 to 2004, where fundraising efforts for the 2002 re-election campaign raised over $60,000. Michael holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and a BBA in Economics, Finance, and Legal Studies from the University of Miami.
