Michael Wambach

Michael Wambach is a transaction-focused tax attorney based in San Francisco, specializing in diligence, structuring, and modeling for private equity deals and complex corporate structures. They have previously held roles such as a Residential Assessor for the City of Minneapolis and a Restorative Justice Fellow with the Superior Court of California, where they focused on expanding legal resources for local tribes. Currently, they serve as a Law Clerk in the Social Enterprise & Economic Empowerment Clinic at the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, while also preparing for a future role as an International Transaction Tax Senior at EY. Michael is also an avid radio enthusiast and community supporter.
