Michele Motta

Michele Motta possesses a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning over a decade. From March 2010 to April 2014, Michele served as an HR Manager at EY, focusing on HR IT, recruitment, HR controlling and reporting, exit management, compensation, and payroll. Following this role, Michele has been self-employed as a Freelance HR Specialist since February 2016, specializing in HR training and development, staffing, and administration, including national and international recruitment. Furthermore, Michele has continued to contribute to EY as an HR Consultant since January 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from LUISS Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Malta.
