Michele Raber is a Managing Director in EY’s State and Local Tax Services practice with over 30 years of experience specializing in multistate corporate income and franchise taxation. Michele has provided and coordinated services for several Fortune 100 companies, managing teams of over 30 professionals on complex tax issues, including compliance, planning, mergers, and acquisitions. In addition to their extensive technical expertise, Michele is passionate about developing people and has held various leadership positions, including the Northeast Area Inclusiveness Champion and New Jersey Diversified Staff Group Leader. Michele is currently pursuing leadership studies at Harvard University and holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University, along with a degree in Accounting from Montclair State University.
