Michelle Pearson

Michelle Pearson is currently a Manager at EY, where they apply their expertise in behavioral economics, human-centered design, regenerative design, and systems thinking to tackle complex problems. Previously, they served as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at EY and worked as a Research Assistant at Harvard Decision Lab and Harvard Spelke Laboratory for Developmental Studies. Michelle was an Olympic Rower and the first female rower for Bermuda, achieving notable success in competitions and promoting the value of sport to local communities. They hold an MBA from the University of Oxford and a Master of Science in Child Development and Education, alongside an A.B. in Psychology and Economics from Harvard University.
