Mike Brennan

Mike Brennan, CPA, concluded a distinguished 40-year career as a Partner at Arthur Andersen and a senior Global Client Service Partner at Ernst & Young (EY). From 2012 to 2019, they served as the Managing Partner of the Tampa office, managing over 450 professionals and significantly contributing to recruitment and corporate responsibility initiatives across the firm. Additionally, as North Florida Managing Partner, they oversaw nearly 1,000 team members across multiple cities. Brennan possesses extensive expertise in coordinating services for SEC registrants, covering areas such as financial statement auditing and regulatory compliance. Currently, they are pursuing a B.A. in Accounting and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and Appalachian State University, respectively.
