Mike Sills is a seasoned professional transitioning from a distinguished 38-year career at EY, where they served as an Assurance Partner for 28 years, specializing in global consumer products and retail. Having also been a Partner at Arthur Andersen, Mike has cultivated a deep financial expertise and governance insight, particularly in multinational environments. To enhance their board service qualifications, Mike completed the Harvard Journey to the Board program, further refining their understanding of boardroom dynamics. Outside of professional pursuits, Mike is an Ironman finisher, embodying a commitment to lifelong growth and collaboration.
