Mike Willett

Mike Willett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics, fraud management, and revenue assurance. Currently a Partner at EY, Mike leads the Asia-Pacific data analytics and information management practice within the Consulting service line since May 2010, focusing on delivering quality data-driven outcomes for clients. Prior to EY, Mike served as Director of Fraud & Revenue Assurance at Telstra Corporation Ltd from July 2003 to November 2009, managing a team of 60 and significantly enhancing financial benefits for the company. Mike also worked as a Consultant in Strategic Risk Management at Praesidium Services from September 1999 to July 2003, advising numerous telecommunications operators and vendors across 40 countries on fraud management and network security. Mike began his career as an Assistant Fraud Manager at Vodafone New Zealand from April 1997 to August 1999. Educationally, Mike holds an MSc in Psychology and a BCom/BSc in Marketing and Psychology from The University of Auckland.
