Miles Huq is a partner and leader in the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure Transactions-M&A practice at EY, where they guide financial sponsors and corporations through the complexities of the global energy landscape. With over 25 years of corporate finance experience, Miles has dedicated the last two decades to the energy sector, overseeing more than 400 mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures worldwide. Miles previously held roles at Progress Energy, PwC, Constellation, and UBS Investment Bank, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Passionate about the energy transition, they focus on connecting capital with opportunities across various sectors, including renewable energy and next-generation technologies.
