Milton Biswas

Milton Biswas is a New York-based Partner/Principal in Ernst & Young’s Strategy and Transactions Practice, where they focus on pre-acquisition due diligence. With over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry, Milton has provided transaction advisory services to private equity clients, specializing in credit and operational due diligence across various lending sectors. Prior to their current role at EY, Milton served as an Industrial Engineer and Quality Assurance Manager at Johnson Outdoors Inc. and held multiple positions within EY since 2006. Milton earned a BS from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and multiple graduate degrees from Binghamton University, including an MBA and an MS.
