Milton Tang

Milton Tang is currently the Managing Director of Strategy and Transactions at EY, a position held since 2022, where they focus on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence in the software and technology sector. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Manager and Manager in the same department at EY from 2017 to 2022. Milton also gained experience at PwC as a Manager in Audit and Assurance, specializing in mid-market technology companies and venture capital funds from 2010 to 2014. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Simon Fraser University and a CPA designation from CPA Canada.
