Minerva Tantoco is an accomplished advisor and consultant with extensive experience in technology strategy, AI enablement, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as an Advisor in Residence at EY, Minerva works closely with clients and C-suite executives to leverage industry insights. As an Independent Consultant and Senior Advisor at City Strategies Consulting, LLC, strategic guidance is provided to various entities including startups and government organizations. Minerva has also held leadership roles, such as Interim President and CEO at the New York Hall of Science, overseeing key operational aspects during a transition period, and as Chief AI Officer at NYU McSilver Institute, spearheading initiatives that utilize AI to combat poverty and enhance public health. With a strong foundation in technology as the former CTO of City Strategies, LLC, Minerva possesses a BA in Philosophy and Cognitive Science from Vassar College.
