Miruna Enache is a tax expert and partner within Ernst & Young's Tax Services organization, where they have been based in the Bucharest office since 2002. With over 20 years of experience in tax consultancy, Miruna has a strong focus on corporate taxation and transaction advisory, particularly in the pharma, production, real estate, and financial services industries. They qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACCA) in 2005 and as a Romanian fiscal consultant in 2007. Additionally, Miruna is a fluent speaker of French and English, with knowledge of Italian, and actively participates as a board member of the Swiss-Romanian Chamber of Commerce.
