Mitchell Cox is a Director of Corporate Finance at EY, bringing over 10 years of transaction expertise in the UK and Australian markets. Specializing in corporate and private equity-backed, cross-border transactions across various sectors, Mitchell manages the execution of these deals from start to finish. In addition to this role, Mitchell is actively involved in EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year program, promoting and recognizing influential business leaders. Previously, Mitchell held positions as M&A Associate Director and Manager in Corporate Finance at EY and holds a Chartered Accountant (ACA) designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and a Master of Mathematics with Statistics from The University of Manchester.
