Mithilesh K

Mithilesh K is a Senior Consultant at EY, specializing in the implementation of the ODOP and MSME Policy for the Government of Rajasthan since September 2025. Previously, Mithilesh served as the Manager of Monitoring Evaluation and Learning at the National Skill Development Corporation, leading M&E activities for PMKVY 4.0 from June 2023 to September 2025. Mithilesh has also held roles at Room to Read as an Officer for RM&E, managing the Literacy program, and at ChildFund India as an Officer in Knowledge Management & Learning, focusing on women farmer empowerment projects and sponsorship programs. Early career experiences include managing operations at Video Volunteers, overseeing projects for Caritas India, and acting as a Programme Officer at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Mithilesh holds an Executive MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, a Master of Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from ANNADA College, Hazaribag.
