Morgane Reckel

Morgane Reckel is the Directrice de l'Engagement at EY France and the Culture & Experience Leader for EY Europe West. Morgane has worked at EY since 2016, where they lead the strategy for diversity and inclusion in the Western Europe Maghreb and France regions. They are involved in the implementation of initiatives that enhance processes and foster an inclusive culture within the organization. Additionally, Morgane coordinates the ongoing improvement of employee experience and the propagation of EY's culture throughout Western Europe. Certified as a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and skilled in Design Thinking, Morgane focuses on organizational transformation, change management, and talent development.
