Moriaki Kida

Moriaki Kida is the Managing Partner for EY's Japan Region and serves as the Chairperson and CEO of EY Japan, overseeing four service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy & Transactions, and Tax. Prior to these roles, Moriaki was the Japan Region COO and Deputy Area Managing Partner, with previous experiences in New York and London supporting Japanese companies and foreign public issuers. Moriaki is passionate about creating long-term value, promoting diversity, and fostering an inclusive culture, particularly for LGBT+ professionals. With a background in management and auditing, Moriaki holds an MBA and a degree in Piano Performance.
