Muhammad Ali Raza possesses extensive experience in investment banking and M&A advisory, having held senior roles at prominent firms. At Arif Habib Limited, the largest investment banking house in Pakistan, Muhammad Ali specialized in M&A advisory, capital raising, and leveraged transactions, focusing on structuring and executing a variety of deals including IPOs. Prior to Arif Habib, Muhammad Ali served as an Assistant Vice President and then Vice President at KPMG In Pakistan, where expertise included financial modeling, valuations, and advising on corporate strategies across multiple sectors. Earlier in a managerial role at EY, Muhammad Ali led end-to-end M&A transactions in the Middle East, emphasizing business valuation and due diligence processes. Muhammad Ali holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Oxford Brookes University, is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Pakistan, and has completed ACCA.
